Research Abstract

This study aims at establishing a certain-formatted database of corporate malfeasances which occurred in Japan during the past two decades from the year 1990 through the year 2009, based on sampling from newspaper articles. While the original objective has not be achieved because of operational delay unexpected, data on corporate malfeasance was accumulated in as much as one can use as a basic reference source.
