Research Abstract

Pursue the new“social-isolation”problems in the elderly welfare profession training, especially in the urban areas and Social Work with Older People towards the East Asian unification type welfare society development practices. And sharing of problems at local (meso) through the empowerment of elderly and activities by regional cooperation axis, according to cooperation needs detection system, workers.
