| Research Abstract |
The United Nations adopted Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities(CRPD)in 2006. Japan ratified CRPD at 4th December in 2014. However,as the author's research shows,the Rights of Workers of People with Visual Disability(PVD) is invaded.
The main two problems of mistreatment of PVD are;the 1st, there are no support system for whom are mistreated CRPD,the 2nd one is the negative attitude of insistence the rights of People with Disabilities, even if PVD themselves.
To guarantee continuity of employment when workers develop disabilities, their rights to receive disability appropriate retraining at work, that is,vocational rehabilitation rights.
