| Research Abstract |
A brief, but comprehensive assessment tool for homeless is developed at a social enterprise called Big Issue Japan, the street paper company. Assessment data of more than 100 vendors from Tokyo and Osaka offices were collected. Organizing a support network for the vendors within the community followed. An assessment training program and manual for staff were developed as well.
