Research Abstract |
In this research, I clarified the correlation of "bullying" and "truancy" in the school education in Japan and proposed the following four policies from the viewpoint of the school articulation and the transitional education. (1) To clarify the intermediate character and function of high school education. (2) To be required to divide as well as to connect school education. (3) To shift the relationship from a point into a line or a field. (4) To realize the child right to development and learning.
