Research Abstract |
This research is an examination of the way of the educational personnel administration surveying Mikawa-District Aichi Prefecture in the case. As a result, the following issues are clarified. (1) The Okazaki Teacher-training College alumni association mediated the board of education and the teachers' union. (2) A system which mediated the confrontation over the education was formed from 1946 to the 1950's in this District.
