| Research Abstract |
We continue three following research such as 1. Survey for high school students 2. Research study about sleep education for health in elementary school 3. Research study about sleep education for health in junior high school. We clarify that regulating students’ lives especially sleep (clinical guidance for affecting life styles) promotes building students' self-esteem , motivating students to study and decreasing stress and depression. Therefore clinical guidance for affecting life styles prevents inappropriatebehavior.
