Research Abstract |
Two main results of this research are the followings. (1) In case of school with less than 3 classrooms in each grade, making some groupsof different grade teachers with different teaching carriers, and in case of school withmore than 3 classrooms, making some groups of same grade teachers are effective systemsfor improving lessons through a long-term lesson study in terms of teachers’ professionaldevelopment and students’ mathematical attainment. (2) It is significant for lesson study in a school that a community of all teachersshares and understands the sequence of teaching mathematical contents and different waysof thinking of their students in learning mathematics throughout 6 years.
