Research Abstract |
Noise-analysis nanofishing to study single polymer chain dynamics was developed based on static nanofishing that was originally designed by myself. Furthermore, the technique was applied to water-soluble thermo-responsible poly (N-isopropylacrylamide). The individual polymer chains showed the phenomena such as coil-globule transition and co-nonsolvency with exhibiting their “personality."
