Research Abstract

In optical communication systems, optical nonreciprocal devices are indispensable in protecting laser diodes from unwanted reflected lights. Integrating technique between laser diodes and optical nonreciprocal devices with a semiconductor guiding layer has been investigated by using photosensitive adhesive bonding.
