Research Abstract |
We developed and fabricated tunable optical filters using Si-waveguide multiple-cavity Fabry-Perot resonators with ferroelectric liquid crystal cladding. We also propose and fabricated wavelength selective filters using Si-waveguide grating and demonstrated the selective switching operation, successfully. The proposed filters can be monolithically integrated with other Si photonics devices.
