Research Abstract |
In this study, we first showed that Argonaute (AGO) was specifically expressed in the generative and sperm cells in Lilium longiflorum. This suggests that the gene expression in male gametic cells might be regulated epigenetically. Futher, we found dimorphism between two sperm cells in the nuclear chromatin
