Research Abstract |
In this study, the 26S proteasome, whole particle, was investigated at the (1) purification from gene-modified yeast and crystallization and (2) small-angle scattering analysis for clarifying a shape of the whole particle and phase calculation in a crystallographic electron density map by the shape function.
