Research Abstract |
This project aims to understand how cells recover from DNA damage and to define the therapeutic potential for anti-cancer drug. We identified the inhibitors for the DNA damage recovery processes and revealed their molecular mechanism. Moreover, our newly identified drugs could inhibit the tumor cell growth. These findings will contribute to develop a novel strategy against cancer.
