Research Abstract |
4-hydroxy-2-nonenal, a secondary product generated bydecomposition of lipid hydroperoxides, suppressed IgA production from KHM-1B in adose-dependent manner. Tyrosine phosphorylations of signal molecules around 64 kDawere inhibited by 4-hydroxy-2-nonenal in twelve-hour culture. These data suggest that4-hudroxy-2-nonenal might facilitate allergy reaction by suppression of IgA production.
