Research Abstract |
In this study, analyzed the problems and effects of grain supply and demand adjustment system of China. First, direct subsidies and price support system, contribute d to the increase of grain production nationwide, including the main producing areas. Second, from Case Analysis of hard wheat producing areas of Henan Province, import system of minimum access and wheat purchase system at the official price, do not exhibit sufficient effect for the developing of hard wheat producing areas.
