Research Abstract |
We developed completely autologous valved eonduits in vivo tissue engineering, whichhad appropriate compliance and robustness. Postoperative echcardiographydemonstrated smooth movement of the leaflets with little regurgitation for at least upto 3 months. Good functioning as the pulmonary valve was observed after implantation of firstly developed autologous valved conduits with completely autologous tissues,which will become a valid future option in adolescents
