Research Abstract |
We succeeded in the catalytic enantioselective synthesis of N-C axially chiral indole and 4-quinolinone derivatives through chiral palladium-catalyzed amination, and the determination of their absolute configurations. Furthermore, notable relationship between the structure and the rotational barrier was found.
