Research Abstract

Oligonucleotide (ODN) drugs have interesting therapeuticpotentials in various biological applications. However, charged polar ODNs typicallyexhibit poor membrane permeabilization. My designed Aib-containing peptides showmembrane permeable properties, and have the potential for delivery of ODNs into cells.
