Research Abstract |
To elucidate how orexin regulates body weight, we performed pharmacological and morphological studies. We found out that a specific subregion of the doral raphe nucleus is crucial for the regulation. In addition, we revealed the molecular diversity in the epigenetic mechanism of the neural groups including orexinergic neurons.
