Research Abstract |
We analyzed expression level of tumor makers in many cell lines by ‘cell array system’ which we developed for high content analysis. The expression level of 24 kinds of intracellular molecules was measured in various cell lines by Laser scanning cytometer (LSC). We tried novel classification of tumors based on the data we obtained, but we did not succeed.
