Research Abstract |
Classical “bedside learning" is based upon observing clinical practice, and it is not effective for fostering clinical competencies including professionalism. In this study, clinical clerkship was implemented as an alternative for bedside learning, and longitudinal integrated clerkship was implemented into several department rotation. In results, longitudinal integrated clerkship was a useful and feasible method for fostering clinical competencies and improving students' motivation.
