Research Abstract |
We generated mice which expressed Cre in the endothelial cellsto visualize tumor angiogenesis. We found that the luciferase activity increased in the tumor-forming region. Moreover, the activity was observed in the metastatic region of the lung. These findings indicate that development of tumor angiogenesis can be visualized by using these mice.
