Research Abstract

We raised an original antibody against Helicobacter pylori CagA protein (tyrosine phosphorylated form), and established ELISA system to evaluate the titer of anti-cagA antibody in each patient. Its titer was significantly higher in patients with undifferentiated type gastric cancer. As tothe level of pepsinogen (PG), high PG-II level was characteristic in patients with undifferentiated type gastric caner.
