Research Abstract |
Since 2011, endovascular therapies using thrombectomy devices are increasingly performed among patients with acute ischemic stroke in whom alteplase failed to recanalize or contraindicated. It is difficult to prove its efficacy by randomiz ed controlled therapy, however, as they require skilled endovascular speciallists. Thus, we developed a SPECT -based objective evaluating system by comparing predicted infarct volume on residual CBF and final infarct volume.
