Research Abstract

We analyzed the transcriptional regulation of ROR1 and found that MYB induced the ROR1 expression in malignant cells. In parallel, we did ex vivo expansion of ROR1-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes by engineered artificial antigen presenting cells expressing CD137 ligand co-stimulatory molecule
