Research Abstract |
Bone strength in ablated lumbar spines was significantly fragile as compared with control group due to bony microarchitectural destruction of the trabeculae. Both effects of intra-venous and intra-vertebral injection of Bisphosphonate were found to be similar in changing in both bone strength and bony micro-architecture.
