Research Abstract |
PTL showed significant radio- and thermo-sensitization in human prostate cancer cells. It was suggested that lethal damage of cells was due to the induction of apoptosis or G2M cell cycle arrest via the 3 cascades to Ras/Raf/MAPK signaling upstream of NF-κB.
