Research Abstract

Twist was significantly correlated with both pathological T factor and pleural invasionin squamous cell lung carcinoma. Moreover mesenchymal markers such as activin, podoplanin and PAI-1 were significantly associated with pathological T factor. Especially, both activin and PAI-1 were related with pleural invasion. N-cadherin was significantly correlated with intratumoral lymphatic invasion.
