Research Abstract |
We investigated the effects of changing the extracellular potassium as well as magnesium concentration in rat cerebral penetrating arterioles. It was difficult to evaluate the histological change of cerebral penetrating arterioles including Virchow-Robin space. MRI perfusion images showed no remarkable alternation of local blood flow in basal ganglia after subarachnoid hemorrhage.
