| Research Abstract |
It is difficult to assay a pain. MRI is used well to visualize activation of the central nerve. We have investigated areas relevant brain activation by using fMRI and visualized the brain activation patterns associated with pain stimuli. This is a first basic study of manual therapy using fMRI.
