Research Abstract |
We constructed a drug delivery system by concomitant use of ultorasound with doxorubicin, a key drug in the chemotherapy of osteosarcoma, and demonstrated both in vitroand in vivothat this drug delivery system markedly inhibited the proliferation of osteosarcoma cells and pulmonary metastasis.
