Research Abstract |
Exposure of 1% isoflurane on pregnant mice (embryonic day 17) had an influence on learning function, morphological synapse formation (synaptophysin staining) and BDNF mRNA on postnatal day 7. Furthermore, environmental enrichment improved learning function.
