Research Abstract

In the clinical cancer specimen, tumor associated macrophage showed little involvment to latent prostate cancer. Alternative experiment has been developed that is in vitro experiment of cancer and macrophage interaction mimicking the microenvironment. Suppressive mechanism of prostate cancer was suggested againstinflammatory cell under TGFβ stimulation.
