Research Abstract |
In this study, in order to know the role of miRNA upon cell response (ionizing radiation, UV, heat-shock, Hypoxia) to environmental stress and tried search miRNA known to try comprehensively analyzed to generate a library further. Relying on the presence or absence of cPLA2α we have studied for many years and analyzed by point gap junction further revealed. To get the completely cPLA2α knockout (KO) mice, we decided to produce a cPLA2α conditional KO mouse.
