Research Abstract |
We have developed "Angular-divergent" neutron reflectometry by illuminating divergent neutron beam focused on a sample surface using high-performance neutron focusing mirror. We have succeeded in observing, at a single measurement, reflectivity profiles at different reflection angles and finding shifts of the reflectivity patterns dependent on the detector pixel positions.
