Research Abstract |
In this research, I have developed the method to detect the reception of cytokines(IL6-FCs, Interleukin-6 family of cytokines) signal by neural stem cells, which is essential for astrocyte differentiation of them using bi-molecular fluorescence complementation(BiFC). Furthermore, I identified that brain surface-covering meningeal cells express IL6-FC such as LIF, CNTF, CLC.
