Research Abstract |
When cultured with gelatin hydrogel microspheres, rat bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells formed aggregates homogeneously incorporating the microspheres. The viability of the cell aggregates and the extent of osteogenic differentiation were significantly higher compared with those of aggregates formed without microspheres.
