Research Abstract

To characterize a novel endocytic receptor, CUB and sushi multiple domain protein, its binding protein with 25 kDa was purified. The 25 kDa protein is shown to be derived from fetal bovine serum, specifically bound to CUB and sushi multiple domain protein on the cell surface, and internalized into cells.
