| Research Abstract |
Increasing globalization of the food trade has created increased concern about its safety, especially Chinese food safety, because China is becoming a dominant world economic player.In this study, we have done the systematic investigation of risk communication focusing on the Chinese food safety, security and reliability, for contributing to establish a better relationship China and Japan in the future.
