Research Abstract |
On the basis of native zinc finger protein, design and creation of new zinc finger protein possessing catalytic function were performed. Artificial His4-type zinc finger protein was demonstrated to have DNA hydrolytic function. We firstly succeeded in creation of new enzyme-type zinc finger protein.
