| Research Abstract |
In this research, we have developed a new program of organizational development for Japanese universities as a new area of Faculty Development or FD, by introducing a Balanced Scorecard(BSC) framework to fit in national university culture and management system. This approach has actually been used in FD meetings and has demonstrated a certain validity to enhance awareness and involvement for university management by their faculty members.
