Research Abstract |
We demonstrate that normal K-ras gene suppressed selectively by photo-triggered autonomous DNA computing and calculated survival rate by real time clamp PCR. BxPC-3 and Capan-1 were suppressed by photo-triggered autonomous DNA Ccamp respectively 86%, 47%.
