Research Abstract |
A new and convenient recovery method of ITO has been developed. The polymer film contents has burned at around 500℃ according to the thermal analysis. The method is to heat at 600℃ in one minute to remove polymer film contents and to do quench in water immediately. Then, ITO powder on the surface of glass plate was separated into water.
