Research Abstract |
It has been difficult to evaluate the immunomodulating functions of foods using intestinal dendritic cells because of difficulties in isolating such cells. In this study, we investigated the induction of intestinal-type dendritic cells from mouse bone-marrow cells, aiming toestablish a novel evaluation system for immunomodulating functions of foods.
