Research Abstract |
The mechanisms that cause developmental disorders remain obscure despite its importance. In this study, we carried out live imaging of migrating cortical interneurons by using mouse embryos separated from their dams with the umbilical cord attached. We carried out imaging of migrating neurons in an attempt to evaluate the effect of environmental influence.
