Research Abstract

・OS-MSP, which can detect DNA methylation in serum sensitively, has been established.
・This method would be useful to predict the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
・DNA methylation and the amount of DNA from cancer in serum would be useful prognostic marker(submitted).
