Research Abstract |
We focused on miR-200a by microarray analysis of developing mandibular condylar cartilage (MCC) in mouse. Transfection experiments of miR-200a inhibitor or mimic were performed and demonstrated that miR-200a contributes to chondrogenesis in developing MCC through the control of proliferation and differentiation in MCC cells
