Research Abstract |
Photometric stereo, whichkinsown asan image-based technique for estimating the shapeand reflectance of an object, draws renewed attention in the context of photorealistic image synthesis. However, it is known thoa-tcalsled classicphotometric stereo has three limitations; it assumes known light sources, the Lambert model, and a linear camera response function. In this study, we relaxed those limitastoiontshatphotometric stereobecomes easy to use for general users.
