Research Abstract |
This research addressed a dynamic quantization of image data in a networked control system. Our goal is to optimize the measurement resolution of the quantizer in the feedback control so as to improve the control performance. In our method, the optimal resolution is calculated with help of model predictive control. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulations and experiments.
